Don Willett currently serves as Pastor of Adult Ministries and Discipleship for Journey of Faith Church in Manhattan Beach, CA

Don's background and experience has him perfectly positioned to minister to today's Christian, both seasoned and seeking.

He's worked both sides of the aisle, having been on staff at Biola University as a department head and adjunct professor, as well as a staff member of Church Resource Ministries, Orange County, CA, where he trained and encouraged pastors and leaders in small group strategies and skills, church renewal, and church planting.

Dr. Willett received his PhD in Educational Studies from Biola University, La Mirada, CA and holds Masters in Christian Education and Divinity bothfrom Talbot Theological Seminary, La Mirada, CA.

His wife, Barbara is a graduate of Biola University and serves on the Board of the Network of Evangelical Women in Ministry. They have three children and three grandchildren, and reside in Redondo Beach, CA.
